Dr. John Spencer is an award-winning, Philadelphia-based educator with over 25 years of experience as a principal, district-level administrator, educational technologist, instructional coach and science teacher. He formed TEACH IT Labs, Inc. to provide information technology that imparts skill and provides knowledge for social change and the advancement of humanity. He holds U.S. copyrights for eCommerce and data management software. John comes from a family of educators, with his father being a principal and his mother a teacher. John holds a Doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. Before receiving his Doctorate, he was a National Institutes of Health SRTP Fellow, 4.0 Schools Fellow, a two time Kohn Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, and Lindback Distinguished Principal Award, recipient.
